The following options are available for payment of our accounts:-
Can be made in person when your lawyer visits you. A receipt shall be provided.
Credit Card (surcharge applies)
Our accounts may be paid by credit card, but a 2% surcharge will apply to the total account.
We accept payments through Visa or MasterCard. We do not accept payments through Diners Club or American Express.
Payment can be made over the phone, at the time our consultant visits you or by downloading our payment form and faxing to 07 5554 5486 or emailing to email@example.com This surcharge will be applied to all credit card payments from 1 July 2010.
Our consultant will have with them a mobile eftpos machine for your convenience of processing payments at the time of your consultants visit.
Please make cheques payable to Smith Legal Solutions and either hand to your consultant or post directly to Smith Legal Solutions, P O Box 5120, Mermaid Waters QLD 4218.
Alternatively, you can deposit the funds directly into our account. Details of our general and trust accounts are as follows:-
- General Account – For payment of Tax Invoices Only Smith Legal Solutions Westpac BSB 034-239 Account Number 317-224 Invoice Number (Please ensure your name and invoice number is included so that we can identify your payment)
- Trust Account Smith Legal Solutions Trust Account Westpac BSB: 034-239 Account Number: 317-232 (Please ensure your reference is included so we can identify your payment) Please note if you are paying funds into our trust account by credit card, you will incur an additional 2.0% charge for bank fees.
Money Held in Trust
If you have deposited money in our trust account for fees & outlays, this will be transferred to our General Account 7 days after forwarding an invoice to you in accordance with our standard Costs Agreement and the provisions of the Legal Profession Act 2007ptions.
